I personally check and carefully pack all items for shipping. It is for this reason, if you find your item defective in any way whilst I am more than happy to replace item, return postage will be at buyers cost
If you receive an item which was damaged during transit, please make sure you:
1) Contact Lisa
2) Document the damage including a photo
3) Contact Australia Post. I will do all that I can to rectify the situation, including replacement if that becomes necessary
Shipping and Delivery
After receiving a n order confirmation, if you have not received your item within 10 business days please contact Lisa.
Shipping generally occurs within 5 business days upon receipt of payment.
For domestic orders, I ship with Australia Post using the cheapest un-tracked method for all items fitting through the gauge to keep costs down for you. Delivery can be expected within 3-6 business days from date of dispatch depending upon your location (some regional areas may take longer). If you wish to have the item sent by registered post, with tracking (satchel parcel post) or via express postage, please upgrade shipping to Registered/tracked/express postage
Please note that due to the handmade nature of items, slight variation can occur. Although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact me with any questions about the colour, or size of any item before purchasing.
Children under 3 should be supervised at all times - bows are made with small parts and while every attempt is made to ensure durability, they are not indestructible and may pose a choking hazard
